The repairers must satisfy certain criteria.

As we arrange for your car to be picked up, the repairer has to have transit insurance.  Their equipment has to be of a standard that ensures the safety of your car. They are required to have minimal tolerance equipment and bench and aligning machines that are computer calibrated.  To ensure a good paint job and faster turnaround, they are required to have downdraft and infra red technology associated with their baking ovens.  In a metropolitan area they need to have a suitable number of booths to ensure an acceptable measure of through put.  We also check they have suitable waste disposal procedures for environmental sustainability.

Our streamlined management for integrating the functions of assessors, repairers and the insurer is more time effective. Our knowledge of the different insurance companies that we deal with everyday ensures that we have a working relationship with them.  This means that we can achieve faster acceptances of claims.  For under excess or self insured repairs, we use external assessors which ensures you get a faster and fairer assessment up front which is independent to the operation of our company.  CFC applies its own competitive hourly labour and paint rates to all uninsured claims.  

Our staff are experienced in picking up any anomalies in the quote and being aware of acceptable industry costing, timings and standards.
