To do this we ask you to:

• Report all damage to your vehicle despite the need for repair or being below excess – that way our statistics and analysis can be taken from accurate data
• Keep your DRIVERCARE card in your wallet or your glove box 
• Our 1800 number called from the site of an accident will connect you to our customer service operators 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
• We will organise your safety, car towing if required, damage assessment, repairer - pick up and delivery and replacement car vehicle if in your agreement

Your DRIVERCARE card will provide you with driver benefits which will increase over time.
