About Corporate Fleet Control

Corporate Fleet Control Pty Ltd (CFC) commenced business in 1993 as the pioneers in Fleet Accident Management in Australia. As founding directors, Phil Harrowell and Joanne Wilkinson brought to the organisation a great wealth of experience and talent. This experience has lead to a change in services offered by fleet companies and has contributed to improved standards in the smash repair industry

CFC has developed a unique in-house software platform called Conssol that facilitates communication between CFC, Repairers, Assessors, Insurers and Clients to enable efficient and visible management of each incident.

The accident management model that Joanne and Phil developed has progressed to include an increasing number of services including Mechanical Roadside Assistance, Risk Management and Third Party Claims and Recoveries.

Corporate Fleet Control's core principles include:

  • CFC’s service is geared to assisting clients’ compliance with the OH&S Act and their Duty of Care.
  • CFC is a specialist Accident & Driver Support Risk Management company that has provided fleet owners with this service since 1993. CFC can supply this service tailored with the client’s identity – bespoke model.
  • CFC is Australian owned and operates throughout Australia and New Zealand.
  • CFC assists clients to reduce the costs associated with motor vehicle breakdowns and accidents by providing expertise in roadside response, claims management, repair process, information and loss control/risk management procedures.
  • CFC currently manages over 126,000 units in Australia and New Zealand and has received awards for its commitment to Customer Service excellence.
  • CFC provides flexible solutions that are designed to meet the identified needs of the client and works in conjunction with you and your end clients to achieve these goals.
  • CFC generates a main income source through management fees based on the number of vehicles managed. This ensures that the number or size of accidents does not govern the income stream.
  • CFC is not owned by repairers, insurers, brokers, factoring companies or any other industry related party — ensuring no conflict of interest.
